So although lacking self confidence can be difficult, it doesn't have to be that way. Self-confidence and self-esteem aren’t magical ingredients only available to a few lucky people.
We all have the vast capacity for self-confidence within us. And that includes you too. With the help of hypnotherapy some of the secrets of self-confidence are easily available to YOU.

Can you remember a time when you achieved something worthwhile? You have literally millions of memories of past achievements. It’s just that you tend to dismiss most of them as unimportant. Begin to appreciate yourself and your successes, whatever they may be. Remembering past achievements in effect programs your mind to expect success. It boosts your belief in your own capacity to achieve. In other words, it gives you the self-confidence that's needed for you to reach your goals and make your dreams become your reality.

Low self-esteem (self-worth) and lack of confidence are things that almost everyone has struggled with at some time or another. In fact, it's estimated that an astounding 9 out of 10 people have issues with low self-esteem or lack self-confidence.
... And you probably thought that you were the only one! That somehow everyone else was more confident than you.
People are very good at putting on an act. The truth is that you probably have as much self-confidence, perhaps more, than most of the people around you. But, of course, it still would be good to have even more than you currently do.
Your level of self-esteem (self-worth) defines your general belief in your worth as a person. Your self-confidence indicates your level of trust in your capacity to achieve. Anyone with a positive state of mind usually has high self-esteem and is therefore naturally self-confident.
Having self-confidence doesn't mean that you'll be able to do everything, of course, but it's no secret that self-confidence is essential to achieving success in any area of your life. |
People with a healthy sense of self-confidence set goals that are realistic for them. Confidence is something that high fliers possess. It's what enables them to take calculated risks and accomplish more than other people. Common traits of self-confident people include optimism, enthusiasm, independence and the capacity to not be too bothered about what other people think of them.
When you suffer from low self-confidence, you're afraid to take calculated risks. You put off doing things altogether because you fear failure. |
.......Or you lack motivation and approach things half-heartedly, expecting to fail. So, lack of confidence is a vicious circle. The less self-confidence you have the more difficult it is for you to succeed. A low success rate, in turn, lowers your self confidence. Does that sound all too familiar?
Lacking self confidence can be difficult. But it doesn't have to be that way. Hypnotherapy is one of the ways that can help you boost your self confidence.
