What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy, sometimes called clinical hypnosis, is the use of hypnosis in a therapeutic setting. It's simply when hypnosis is used as a healing or life-enhancing treatment.

Phenomenal changes can be made in your life through hypnotherapy. When it's used correctly, normally with the guidance of a skilled hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy is an astonishingly quick and effective way of bringing about positive changes. And yet, at the same time it's so surprisingly simple. I know that it does work, and yet when I think about it, in a way it still surprises me that it can do such a great job! There's really nothing mystical about hypnotherapy although some of the results can at times seem almost magical!
