I don't claim that these stress tests are accurate diagnostic tools. I like to think of them more as a way of letting you know if you'd benefit from learning to relax more. The first test measures to what extent stress is physically affecting you. The other gives an indication of how stress is currently affecting you emotionally. Find out now if stress is affecting your physical health or if stress is affecting your emotional health. But please don't panic if the results aren't what you'd hoped for! Stress is something you can learn to deal with. All it takes is little help. Perhaps hypnotherapy is the help you're looking for?
