Do you ever faint or have dizzy spells without obvious cause?

Do you become breathless even when you are not exercising?

Do you suffer from palpitations?

Do you suffer from high blood pressure?

Do drink alcohol to relax?

Do you smoke to unwind?

Do you cry or feel the desire to cry?

About your score

If your total score is more than 4 then it would appear that you're suffering from physical stress. A low score would indicate stress levels that you can probably cope with very well on your own by identifying the source of your stress and taking positive action.

Take action to reduce stressThis can include regularly listening to a relaxation CD, practicing self-hypnosis or carrying out these 10 stress reduction hints and tips.

The higher your score then the greater the likelihood that you could benefit from talking to your doctor or seeking some other type of professional help.
